"Always on My Mind" is a ballad written by Wayne Carson, Johnny Christopher and Mark James. It is somewhat unclear who owns the first recording B.J. Thomas or Brenda Lee. In any case, the latter put the song on record first. Brenda Lee was the first to record it, so I chose her version.
