Sharon Van Etten Feat. Josh Homme - Peace, Love and Understanding

"(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love, and Understanding" was originally released by Nick Lowe with his band Brinsley Schwarz on their 1974 album The New Favorites of...Brinsley Schwarz, the song was released as a single but it did not hit the charts.

The cover by Elvis Costello and the Attractions, who released it as a B-side to Lowe's solo single "American Squirm” became a huge hit. It was later included on the US version of Costello's 1979 album Armed Forces. The cover here is by Sharon van Etten together with Josh Homme.
