"So What" is a song by the British punk band Anti-Nowhere League. It first appeared as the B-side of the band's 7-inch debut single "Streets of London" in 1981. According to the band, the song was written after sitting in a pub one night and hearing two men trying to kill each other to surpass with stories about past experiences.
So What" was originally released by Metallica in November 1991 as B-sides to the single "The Unforgiven". "So What" was also included on the single "Sad but True", as well as the bonus track on the single. Japanese pressing of Metallica .
