Andre 3000 of hip-hop group Outkast accepted Hey Ya! inspired by bands like Ramones and Buzzcocks. Maybe that is also the reason why the punk rock group Supersuckers have covered this song with such pleasure.

As far as I am concerned, a fantastic video clip from Outkast in which André 3000 plays all eight members of the fictional band The Love Below.
